If an order is returned due to incorrect customer information, re-shipping charges may apply.

If delivery fails due to:

  • unreachable phone number
  • refusal to accept delivery

the order may be returned to us.

Re-dispatch may be subject to additional charges.


Cash on Delivery (If Available)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Repeated failed COD orders may result in restriction from future COD purchases

Damaged Package on Delivery

If your package appears visibly damaged at delivery:

  • record a clear 360° video while opening
  • take package photos immediately
  • contact us within 48 hours

Claims without proper proof may not be eligible.
