At Livela.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.

7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return window from the date your order is delivered. This means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and freebies (if any) must be included
  • You must provide proof of purchase / order confirmation
  • A clear 360° unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully shown is mandatory for return claims related to:
    • damaged products
    • wrong items received
    • missing items
    • defective products

Important: Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.


How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Product photos (if applicable)
  • 360° unboxing video (if claiming damage / defect / wrong item)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Eligibility Conditions

Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

✅ Product arrived damaged
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Manufacturing defect
✅ Missing item in package (with video proof)

For general change-of-mind returns, approval is subject to product condition and review.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care / beauty products
  • Innerwear / hygiene-sensitive products
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance / sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Perishable goods

Exchanges

Currently, Livela.in does not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Bank/payment gateway processing times may vary

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Required proof:

  • Clear product images
  • Packaging images
  • Mandatory 360° unboxing video

This helps us verify claims quickly and protect both customers and our store from fraudulent claims.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
